In 2020, Matt Mills and Coleman Nock looked around and noticed there was a lot of construction going on in south and central Texas. Knowing the demands of Texas weather, and also wanting to provide an efficient and environmentally sound option for insulation, they began Shady Oak Construction, specializing in spray foam insulation.

With locations in El Campo and Blanco to serve the region, Matt and Coleman focus on personal service and quality installation.
